Ghanaian hiplife artiste, Akwasi Poy has been in the news for the past few days following his exit from Lalas Entertainment.

After the exit, a lot of his fans expressed disappointment to Lalas Entertainment for not renewing the contract after three years under the label.

In a Facebook post sighted by FNN24, the highlife artiste:

“Today is Exactly 3 years I signed on Lalas Entertainment. The contract duration was 3 years and today ends our contract. Though we parted ways long ago on Paper, today ends everything and I have No Business With Lalas Entertainment anymore.
Thanks to the team and everyone who loved and supported me. I am out.”

Now, in another post he did recently on Facebook, he wrote:
“It’s a blessing to share with you my first song of the year and proud to have AG MUSIC making it happen. This is From The Heart to Motivate, Educate, and Inform.
#OdoAsa #DropsSoon #AGMusic.

Akwasi releases his first song soon under AG MUSIC and he calls this track, ODO ASA.
