With the clock ticking toward the highly anticipated Euphoria Africa Charity Gala in Accra, Ghana, the nation’s most influential voices are creating waves across social media platforms. The September 14, 2025 event has generated unprecedented buzz as politicians, entertainment stars, philanthropists, and media personalities showcase their community impact, what they stand for, and a calling for an immediate stop to Domestic Violence in the country.

Political heavyweights are leading by example, with Honorable Dorcas Affo Toffey, MP for Jomoro Constituency, Dr. Nadia Atongo Fynn, former Ghana Deputy Director of Diaspora Affairs, and activist Akosua Asaa Manu, former Deputy CEO of the Ghana National Youth Authority, sharing their passionate commitment to social change.

International recognition comes through Ingrid Mollestad, Norwegian Ambassador to Ghana, High Commissioner Berenice Owen-Jones of the Australian High Commission, and Roberta Annan, philanthropist and UN Environmental Programme Goodwill Ambassador, whose global platforms elevate the campaign’s reach and impact potential.

The entertainment industry’s finest are stepping up in remarkable fashion. Award-winning actor Nikoletta Samonas, who also serves as UN High Commissioner for Refugees Goodwill Ambassador, stands alongside film producer Kafui Danku, newly appointed Executive Secretary of the National Film Authority, and accomplished producer- Producer and Actress Stephanie Karikari—each bringing their unique influence to bear.

Youth voices are equally powerful in this movement, with media personalities Bliss Kingg, Wesley Kesse, Princess Burland, and renowned costume designer Afriyah Frimpong, among many others, lending their platforms and energy to drive engagement and support.

Last year’s successful Euphoria Africa Charity Gala brought crucial attention to domestic violence. The  awareness campaign which secured essential laboratory equipment for The Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) of the Ghana Police Service from the USA, Plan International Ghana, UNFPA, and meaningful contribution by Twellium Ghana Limited producers of  Verna mineral water, beverages, McCberry biscuits, and the fulfillment of select financial commitments made and honored during the gala.

This September 14, 2025 event shifts focus to “The Silent Crisis,” targeting the urgent need for maternity aids at Ghana’s most deprived hospitals, where new mothers face critical shortages Your participation could save lives. Save the date.
