The Member of Parliament for South Tongu constituency, Hon. Kobena Mensah Woyome has described the attempt by the Attorney General, Godfred Dame to criminate Minority leader Hon. Ato Forson a failed calculated action.
In a post cited by ghananewsfile.com on his social media page, the Chairman of Parliamentary Committee on Youth and Sports made it clear his displeasure towards how the current Attorney General is tarnishing the image of innocent Ghanaians who have served the country diligently.
He stated that;
Godfred Dame’s wicked plot backed by cooked and uncouth stories crushes.As the catalyst in Akufo Addo’s orchestrated wickedness, targeted at innocent Ghanaians to satisfy their potbellies, Godfred Dame must resign to save Ghana after this abysmal display of ignorance.

Hon. Kobena Mensah Woyome’s outburst comes few hours after the Court of Appeal discharged Hon. Ato Forson and Richard Jakpa who have both been through stress these past months.
Former Deputy Minister for Finance, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson and businessman Richard Jakpa were acquitted and discharged by the Court of Appeal.
A panel of three in a 2-1 majority decision said Justice Afia Serwah Asare-Botwe’s ruling on submission of no case to answer on March 30, 2023 for the accused to open their defense was in error.
Justice Kweku Tawiah Ackaah-Boafo and Justice Philip Bright Mensah, granted the request and acquitted and discharged them while Justice Poku Acheampong the presiding judge dismissed their request.
