The General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress(NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia alias Genera Mosquito has opined that he sees nothing wrong if President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo implements the ideas suggested by Ex-President John Dramani Mahama to aid the country in the fight against coronavirus.

Asiedu Nketia said this after some members of his party said it is wrong for President Nana Addo to implement ideas Mahama suggested.

Speaking on Asempa FM, Asiedu Nketia said; “There is nothing wrong with it if Nana Addo sees good suggestion in what we (NDC) said and is implementing it. He was the one who called all political parties to come for a discussion, hence if he takes a suggestion from it is a good thing to do. Do you think it will be a good thing for the country to trash all suggestions brought on board by opposition parties?”

During his latest submission, he stated that a document presented to the ruling government had most of the measures being adopted to help the country win the fight against the Pandemic.

He also urged the President to pay critical attention to how food is being distributed to the vulnerable in society to prevent overcrowding which can aid in the rapid spread of the novel virus.
