Nollywood star Tonto Dikeh has bravely shared her journey of overcoming long-standing struggles with masturbation and addiction. Speaking at the Streams of Joy International Church’s New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations event, led by Pastor Jerry Eze, Dikeh revealed her battles began in her early teens.
She started smoking at 13 and faced numerous addictive behaviors and spiritual challenges.
Dikeh, 40, described her experience as profoundly impactful, stating she found spiritual liberation after attending the Ghana Prayer Conference. She opened up about her struggles with intense anger, describing it as detrimental, but credits prayer and the NSPPD for bringing her peace.
Reflecting on her 27-year smoking habit, Dikeh now urges parents to shield their children from early exposure to harmful behaviors. She hopes her story inspires others to seek help and find freedom from addiction
