Madam Wed Amarkai Amartey, CEO of Lucious Avenue and a native of Nii Ashong Amarkwei in the Odododiodio Constituency, has demonstrated her commitment to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) by supporting party members who have picked forms to contest the upcoming constituency elections.
Madam Amartey donated a substantial amount of money to assist NDC members seeking to serve the party at the constituency level. The gesture, which was witnessed by the Constituency Secretary, Women’s Organiser and other party members, was described as a show of solidarity with the aspirants and a contribution towards strengthening the party’s grassroots structures.
Speaking about her support, Madam Amartey, a committed NDC member, expressed her desire to see the party succeed, grow stronger at the grassroots and become more attractive to ordinary Ghanaians. She said her contribution was intended to encourage members who have offered themselves to serve the party and to support efforts aimed at building a stronger constituency organisation.
Madam Amartey further assured the constituency that she would continue to support the party in her own small way whenever called upon by the constituency executives. Her gesture highlights her commitment to the NDC and her determination to contribute to the party’s growth, unity and success at the grassroots.
