Controversial marriage counsellor and life coach, Counsellor George Lutterodt says the Church and Pastors do not have any business or authority when it comes to marriages and relationships.

Counsellor Lutterodt stated;

“The church is not the final authority in marriages. Most pastors just instruct couples to do things without understanding the root of their issues.”

Counselor Lutterodt’s comment comes on the background of the Ghanaian Pastor who shot his wife in the head in the United States of America.

According to the outspoken marriage expert, pastors have made themselves ‘god’ in other peoples marriages and until they give their approvals, nothing really happens.

He wondered why a woman will continue to stay with an abusive husband in a bad marriage and until her pastor gives approval for divorce, she can’t walkout.

He stated loud and clear that it is not every marriage that needs prayers noting that some marriages need to be dissolved.

He noted;

“Not every marriage issue needs prayers. Some marriages need proper counselling and some need to be dissolved.”
