President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has finally broken silence on the recent agitations in the Volta Region by some separatists seeking to secede from Ghana.
The President in a recent interviewed has said that the Volta secessionists will be dealt with brutally for wanting to secede from Ghana, thus, creating fear and chaos in the region.
He said;
“Institutions are in place, the security agencies are doing their work, they’ve started already and we’ll see results.”
President Akufo-Addo also added that the security agencies are up to the task and will soon fish out all the secessionists and those behind their activities.
