Senior Vice President of IMANI Ghana and lawyer, Mr. Kofi Bentil has waded into the legal battle that popular actress, Rosemond Alade Brown popularly called Akuapem Poloo is caught in.

Akuapem Poloo is facing charges of publication of obscene materials, engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way undermines another person’s privacy or integrity and engaging in domestic violence namely conduct that in any way detracts or is likely to detract from another person’s dignity and worth as a human being after she made public a ‘completely naked’ picture she took with her eleven years old son.

However, legal luminary, Kofi Bentil claims what the young and beautiful actress did which has landed her in her current legal woes was a mistake as she [Akuapem Poloo] did not know better.

Kofi Bentil further added that prosecuting the actress which will require tax payers money will be a mistake.

“Poloo made a mistake, she’s apologized she didn’t know better. Prosecuting her with tax payer money is also a mistake!!,” Bentil wrote on his Facebook wall.
