Some Ghanaians especially SM fans have taken to social media to kick against the arrest of Bulldog, manager of dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale.

Bulldog was arrested yesterday for threatening the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo during a discussion session on an Accra-based UTV.

According to Rex Omer, his friend Bulldog was arrested by some thugs from the presidency and dumped at the cells of the Bureau of National Investigations (BNI).

Meanwhile, some Ghanaians have argued on a simple analogy that Bulldog can be arrested, then, Kennedy Agyapong should also be arrested for threatening to burn former President John Mahama.

Hence, the campaign #freebulldognow hit Twitter.

If Kennedy Agyapong can threaten John Mahama with arson and walk free Bulldog shd also walk free. #FreeBulldogNow

#FreeBullDogNow…Kennedy Agyapong threatened that he will burn President Mahama and top gurus, nothing has been done to him, the Ghana Police service pretended as if they didnt hear anything. This selective justice is nonsense. pic.twitter.com/APfYSHFF08#FreeBullDogNow
