The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako alias Chairman Wontumi has described Asiedu Nketia aka General Mosquito as the real idiot.
It could be recalled that General Mosquito is the brain behind the popular statement; ‘any idiot can go to court‘ in 2013 when the then Nana Akufo-Addo and the NPP decided to contest the 2012 general election at the court.
Fast-forward, the tables have turned in 2021, and the very person who categorically stated that ‘any idiot can go to court’ is now in court to also contest the just ended 2020 elections.
Against this background, Chairman Wontumi has confidently mocked Asiedu Nketia as the real idiot for going to court to seek redress.
“We know the idiot currently in court. The cross-examination is exposing him. He is now saying he doesn’t want the results annulled….It looks like he has been forced to testify on behalf of the party.”
